1 : What are your opening hours?
Gloria Photo Studio is open from 12pm to 7pm daily, except on Wednesdays and public holidays subject to special requests.
2 : Where are you located?
We are located at 1 Irving Place, #06-13, The Commerze@Irving, just 2 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT Exit A.
3 : How can I get to your studio by public transport?
You can alight at Tai Seng MRT on Circle Line.  Take Exit A and walk towards Irving, then look for a new orange building named The Commerze@Irving, which is about 2 minutes away. Please refer to our location map for more information on the nearest bus services.
4 : Is there any restriction to the number of people in a portrait?
There is no restriction on the number of people to be photographed in a portrait.
5 : What should I wear under my academic dress?
It is recommended that ladies wear white blouses, while men wear jackets. These are also provided free of charge in our studio.
6 : Do I need to pay rental fees for convocation gowns and hoods for myself and family members?
No, you do not need to pay rental fees. The use of our gowns, hoods, mortarboards, suits, shirts, accessories (scrolls, crests, etc.) for studio photography sessions are free of charge.
7 : Does the studio provide authentic academic dress, and how can I verify this?
Yes, we provide authentic academic dress and regalia. We own the largest collection of academic dress from numerous universities, and these have their original labels attached for verification.
8 : Are there outfits available for my relatives or friends participating in the session?
Yes, ties, jackets and lounge suits are available free of charge.
9 : Should i wear make-up?
It is recommended that light make-up will be sufficient. Portrait photography emphasises natural beauty, and our studio assures the highest quality in accordance to ABIPP standards. Our photographers' skills, together with lighting control and technology, work to enhance your natural beauty.
10 : How much time does a photography session take on the average?
Depending on the session's requirements, a shoot can take from between 15 minutes to 30 minutes. We believe in spending quality time: every photograph is meticulously arranged to ensure that time is optimised for a positive experience.
11 : How soon will my portraits be ready for collection?
They will be ready for collection between two and a half months to three months. Our studio ensures that all portraits follow a thorough pre and post-development process which includes stringent quality control before final production. This guarantees that you receive a delicately crafted, timeless art piece of the highest quality to cherish for a lifetime.
